Areas of study in our Culinary Arts & Food Services Culinary Arts & Food Services program include French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cuisines, new cooking methods like SousVide and thermal immersion, as well as menu planning, nutrition, and many other principles of food science. Our comprehensive Electrician Training program prepares students to enter the field. Students are also trained on OSHA 30 standards and given the opportunity to take and pass the exam. Our Medical Assistant students receive hands-on instruction in both front and back office skills. They learn to take vital signs and collect samples from patients, and utilize digital technology including electronic medical records software, and word processing.
